Sarah Kosasky currently manages Coldwell Banker Realty’s Malibu, Topanga and Santa Monica offices. Sarah was previously with Compass for two years, where she managed the Malibu and Beverly Hills offices. She counts Coldwell Banker’s blend of technology, brokerage knowledge, enhanced leadership opportunities and support among the reasons for making the leap.
Kosasky is a past president of the Malibu Association of Realtors, was named 2015 Malibu Realtor of the Year by the Malibu Association of Realtors, and for many years served as a director for the California Association of Realtors. She serves on multiple committees devoted to guiding the future of real estate at the statewide and local level. Due to her commitment to excellence in real estate and the community of Malibu, Kosasky was honored with commendations from the City of Malibu, the County of Los Angeles and the State Senate, and she is frequently invited to speak at conferences on real estate best practices.
When analyzing the brokerage landscape she also took a deep look at her own values and aspirations. What became apparent very quickly was her deep love for and commitment to the real estate business and the agents who work within it. Sarah's goal is to serve Realtors, their clients and the industry at the highest level and Coldwell Banker is in alignment with that goal. The company has the right mix of technology, brokerage knowledge, and support. Her partnership with Coldwell Banker has added meaning because it allows Sarah to do the work she enjoys based in a community that has a sizable space in her heart.
Kosasky entered the real estate business in her 20s when she joined a brokerage to brand and create marketing collateral and strategy for a start-up brokerage in Malibu. She earned her broker’s license and served as broker of record for the company until she opened her own firm which she later sold to Partners Trust where she stayed on as a founding member until the brokerage was sold to Pacific Union. Compass Purchased Pacific Union in 2018.

Agent Onboarding Specialist: The Onboarding Specialist is primarily responsible for facilitating a seamless administrative onboarding process for all new agent affiliations to the Coldwell Banker offices. This position will work closely with a variety of departments to ensure that all tools and systems for our new agents are created and assigned correctly. This position will also play a key support to the Branch Leader for a variety of administrative tasks that bolster agent recruiting and onboarding efforts. This role will work mostly remote but may be called into an office for face-to-face support when needed.
Client Experience Specialist: The Client Experience Specialist is a service minded professional who manages all non-licensed aspects of the transaction, from contract to close, to create a seamless experience for the agent, consumer and all deal parties. You are part of a collaborative team that is enhancing the way that Coldwell Banker is doing business by eliminating the friction and simplifying the transaction process.
Regional Support Specialist: The Regional Support Specialist provides critical administrative, operational and customer service support to our Coldwell Banker Real Estate branch offices, leaders and agents. The RSS team will work together, spending time each week across a group of offices, providing support in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, processing agent transactions, acting as a liaison with our different departments and business partners, general office administration and customer service. This position plays a significant role in driving the success of our key principle of helping our agents live exceptional lives.
